We endeavour to get all items ordered directly from the site out within 3-5 working days bespoke items may take a little longer depending upon the complexity.

All orders over £500.00 will be delivered free of charge.

If you are a customer  outside of the United Kingdom Mainland then there may be a surcharge for delivery, please contact the office for further information.

Note: We will take great care to ensure that your order is packaged safely and securely. Please check all items before accepting and signing for the goods. In the unlikely event of your order being damaged in transit, or if there is any sign of damage to the packaging, however minor, please mark the courier's paperwork as DAMAGED or REFUSE the delivery. Please retain all packaging and advise us by 12 noon on the following working day.

We cannot process any claims for damage if the procedure above is not followed. This is due to claims restrictions placed on us by our couriers.
